Thank you for your confidence in me as your provider. I fully believe that nasal breathing with your lips closed, tongue on the roof of your mouth and swallowing correctly will help you live a much healthier life. I would love to find a way to make this something achievable for you or your loved one. Sessions are generally 30-60 minutes and are held every other week.
Sessions are held via Zoom unless other arrangements are discussed. Located within 30 minutes of Nashua? Ask about concierge(in home) therapy!
Therapy only works if you put in the work. I will be there to guide you throughout your treatment but please expect homework. If you are a parent or guardian of patient- please expect to be included in therapy sessions as well.
Do you have another child who also needs or will need myofunctional therapy? As long as they are supportive of eachothers training and not disruptive, they may sit in and participate in therapy sessions for no extra fee.

12-15 sessions
This starts before your ortho journey. After your tongue tie release and then finishing up with therapy.

Buteyko Breathing
5-8 sessions
Have you been through treatment with orthodontics and/or an ENT and still can't seem to breathe through your nose? Let's work on retraining how to breathe correctly.

Buteyko Breathing for Athletes8 sessionsLearn to nasal breathe during exercise. Investment: $650
Buteyko Breathing Comprehensive10-15 sessionsThis is a comprehensive Buteyko Breathing course that has an intro to myofunctional therapy component. Investment: $1000
